This is a critical, hybrid command position that bridges the gap between frontline execution and central dispatch management. You will not merely drive a route; you will be the tactical anchor for the entire local fleet, responsible for mentoring new recruits, executing emergency on-road rescues, and ensuring the DSP hits its strict Amazon performance metrics.
